Shipping policy

We understand that you would like to receive your Cavallo Collections parcel ASAP! 

Our policy under normal weekdays is that we will ship and post your order the same day or next day as it has been placed. This does not include weekends or public holidays. 

Due to COVID, shipping delays have been experienced in some areas and we do apologise, but once the item has left Cavallo Collections, the speed at which your item arrives is out of our control.
