Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled - unless otherwise stated on product listing. Shipping time is based on Australia Post Guidelines - Please note that due to COVID, shipping to some areas may be delayed. Excludes pre-order.

All cancellation requests must be made asap. Once you've received the notification stating your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

To submit a cancellation request, please email cavallocollections@gmail.com, or DM @cavallocollections on Instagram. Please include your name + order number.

Yes, if the item you have ordered is faulty - You can send us an email with a photograph of the issue, along with your name that it was ordered under and the order number. We can offer you a replacement, or refund once the item has been sent back for assessment if required. If the item is not faulty and you change your mind - at this time we only offer returns in the form of store credit on unworn jewellery, 30 days after delivery. Product must be in original packaging. Customer is required to pay shipping fees. Invoice must be included.

Please keep ahold of your tracking number once you've sent your item(s) back. Please allow up to 3 business days after delivery for return to be processed.

Every piece is either 925 sterling silver, 14k gold or rose gold plated. Meaning, it is extremely slow to tarnish, unless not taken care of properly. Here are some tips to give your new jewellery the best love:

Refrain from showering or sleeping while wearing any jewellery. 

Remove jewellery when cleaning or using harsh chemicals.

Store jewellery where it won't rub against other pieces.

Give your jewellery a shine by cleaning it with the soft jewellery cloth provided.
